Welcome to Outsourcing, Training & Support (OTS). Our mission is to assist small to medium-sized enterprises with access to lower cost, but equally skilled and experienced, business management and marketing support services. Through our consultative approach we: 

• Identify opportunities to outsource and reduce employment costs through process/workflow analysis and potential technology adoption;
  
  
• Define and document these processes and requirements in a way that is easily understood and can be trained and supported;
  
  
• Source appropriately skilled and motivated offshore contractors for the positions, processes and workflows identified;
  
  
• Assist in contractor onboarding and training for the services, workflows and technologies required;
  
  
• Maintain secure control through ongoing contractor auditing and reporting, ensuring the continual validation of outsourcing goals;
  
  
• Provide ongoing technical support relating to any existing or new technologies used to support the required workflows and reporting.

OTS is focused on providing your organisation with the expertise, knowledge and tools to successfully engage offshore staff and to manage them internally as you would an internal employee.
